Hermès Mini Lindy Colors and Prices

Over the twelve months to July 2026 we logged 381 Mini Lindy listings across the 20 Hermès online stores we watch. The colors were not spread evenly across them: Noir came up 24 times in nine countries, while more than half of all the colorways we saw appeared exactly once, in one country, and never again.

That gap is what this page is for. Knowing a color exists tells you nothing about whether you can buy it, so every color below comes with how many times we saw it listed, how many countries it reached, and when it last appeared — the three things that separate a color you can wait for from one you will never see. The price is the same whatever the color: $9,050 in Taurillon Clemence and $9,550 in Swift in the U.S. Color only changes what you pay secondhand, where a Rose Sakura or a two-tone can ask thousands more than a Noir. How Often Each Mini Lindy Color Actually Appears

Every color below appeared at least three times in the year to July 2026. Listings is how many times we caught it for sale; countries is how many national Hermès sites it reached, which is the better measure of whether you have a shot at it — a color that surfaced nine times in one market is a much harder target than one that surfaced nine times across nine. Hermès names some colors differently in different languages, so read these as at least this many rather than as a full census.

Nine colors sit clearly at the top: Noir, Étoupe, Terre, Cream, Rose Sakura, Rouge H, Craie, Gris Pantin, and Biscuit. Those are the ones where setting an alert and waiting is a plan rather than a wish, because each came back roughly once a month somewhere. Caban matches them on volume at ten listings and does not belong with them, for a reason covered below. Past that, the picture changes fast: by the bottom of the table you are looking at colors that appeared three times in a year across three different countries, which for any one shopper means once.

Rose Sakura is the most interesting line in the table and explains its own resale price. It is not especially common at 15 listings, but it reached 13 countries — more than any other color, including the two big neutrals. Hermès sends it nearly everywhere and it sells out nearly everywhere, which is why so many people have seen one and so few own one, and why it asks $13,000 and up secondhand against a $9,050 retail price. Terre (11 countries) and Craie and Cream (10 each) are distributed almost as widely and are easier to actually catch.

The Colors That Have Gone Quiet

The last-seen column is the part worth reading twice, because a color can look healthy on volume and still be finished. Caban, the dark navy-green, was listed ten times in seven countries and has not appeared since December 2025. Vert Mangrove stopped in October 2025, and the Sable Gris / Vert Mangrove pairing a few weeks after it. Gris Misty / Noir and Fauve / Ficelle are in the same position. None of these read as rare any more; they read as discontinued, and waiting for one means waiting for a color Hermès appears to have stopped making.

Gold deserves its own warning, because it is the color people most often assume they can order. It is the classic Hermès tan and it is genuinely everywhere on the Birkin and the Kelly — but on the Mini Lindy we logged it seven times in five countries, and not once since April 2026. If you want a brown Mini Lindy, Terre is the one to wait for: 17 listings, 11 countries, and it was still appearing in July. Plain Beige Marfa is further gone still. We have not seen it listed anywhere in the past twelve months; its last appearance was a Thai listing in July 2025, and it now survives mainly as half of the Beige Marfa / Gris Misty pairing.

The Long Tail: Colors You Will Probably Never See

The table above is the short part of the story. Below it sits a tail of colors that appeared once or twice in one or two countries and then vanished: 74 colorways turned up exactly once in the whole year, and another 21 turned up exactly twice. More than half of every Mini Lindy colorway we logged existed, for shopping purposes, on a single day in a single country.

Mykonos is what that looks like in practice — one ostrich Mini Lindy, listed in the U.S. on June 5, 2026, and nothing before or since. It is a real bag with a real photograph and a real price, and it is also not a thing you can go and buy. Treat the tail as a record of what Hermès has made rather than a menu, and pick your target from the top of the table instead.

Where the Listings Land

The 381 listings were spread across 20 countries, and the shape of that spread surprises most American readers: the U.S. site had 18 of them, which puts it tenth. The UK led with 47, then Ireland at 40 and Korea at 37. Australia had 31, the Netherlands 29, Thailand and Japan 24 each, France 22, and Dubai 21. Korea being the third busiest market in the world for this bag is easy to miss, because Hermès writes those listings in Korean rather than English. Mainland China (4), Taiwan (2), and Macau (8) are genuinely thin; Hong Kong, at 17, is not. If you can only buy from one country, that is the single biggest limit on which colors you will ever be offered.

What This Looks Like Next to a Birkin

It is worth putting those 381 listings against the bags people assume are comparable. Over the same twelve months, across the same 20 countries, the number of Birkins, Kelly handbags, and Constance handbags that appeared on Hermès' own website was zero — not scarce, not gone in seconds, but never listed at all. The listings that look like exceptions are not: everything matching "Birkin" was jewellery, every "Kelly" was a Dépêches pouch, a Kelly Messenger, or a To Go wallet, and every "Constance" was a Slim or a To Go wallet. So the honest comparison is not that the Mini Lindy is easier to buy online than a Birkin. It is that the Mini Lindy can be bought online and the Birkin cannot, which is also the clearest answer to whether the Lindy counts as a quota bag. Every Color We Have a Photograph Of

These 43 all came from listings we recorded, so the leather and the market are the ones that bag actually shipped in, and the photo on each is the real one. Colors move between leathers and between countries from season to season. The last column is the twelve-month count from the table above; "once or twice" means the color sits in the long tail, and those are the ones to admire rather than plan around.

Plenty more turned up in listings without a usable photo, including several from the frequency table above: Béton, Bleu Tempête, Céleste, Chamois / Gold, Fauve / Ficelle, Gris Caillou / Étoupe, Gris Misty / Noir, Gris Pâle / Vert Vertigo, Moka, Bai / Brun / Mousse, Navy, Paille, Poussière / Étoupe, Rose Azalée, Rouge H / Rouge Sellier, Beige Marfa / Gris Misty, and Vert Foncé / Rose Darling. We are not putting a single number on the total: Hermès records the same color under different names in different languages, so any count we published would be inflated by colors appearing twice under two spellings.

If you want one specific color rather than whichever one appears, run restock alerts for every market you can actually buy from, not just your own — the U.S. saw 18 of the 381 listings, so a U.S.-only alert misses most of what Hermès puts online. Noir, Étoupe, Terre, and Cream come back often enough that waiting is a reasonable plan. Rose Sakura is worth an alert because it reaches so many countries, but it goes fast enough that you are competing with everyone else who set the same alert.

Neutral Mini Lindy Colors

Most Mini Lindy listings are neutral, and the two at the top of that list are the two at the top of the whole range. Noir is the most-listed color of all at 24 listings in nine countries, and Étoupe, the grey-taupe that goes with everything, is right behind it at 19 in nine. Both were still appearing in the last week of July. If you want one Mini Lindy and you want it this year, these are the two to point your alerts at.

For browns, Terre is the answer and Gold is the trap. Terre is a deep mid-brown that hides marks well, and at 17 listings across 11 countries it is one of the most widely distributed colors Hermès makes for this bag. Gold — the warm tan the house has used since the saddlery days, and the color most people picture when they picture a brown Hermès bag — came up only seven times in five countries, and the last of those was in April 2026. It is common on a Birkin and it is not common here. Ébène is darker again, close to a chocolate, with four listings in four countries.

The Whites and Off-Whites

The pale end of the range is better stocked than most people expect. Cream is the surprise: 17 listings across 10 countries puts it level with Terre and ahead of Rouge H, so a warm off-white Mini Lindy is one of the easier bags on this page to actually buy. Craie, the chalk white, is close behind at 11 listings in 10 countries, and it is the one that picks up dye transfer from dark denim — worth knowing before you buy a bag you plan to wear crossbody against jeans. Biscuit (10 listings) and Nata (5) are the other warm off-whites and hide marks better than Craie does. New White is a cooler white that we saw only once or twice all year.

Greys, Beiges, and the Darker Neutrals

Gris Pantin, a mid grey, is the one to aim for: 10 listings in seven countries, and still appearing in July. Gris Platine (cool and light, three listings) and Ardoise (a slate grey dark enough to stand in for navy, once or twice all year) are much harder. Trench is the sandy beige, at seven listings but only four countries, and nothing since April. Beige Marfa is effectively finished on its own — nothing in the past twelve months, though it still turns up paired with Gris Misty. Dark Bronze and Toffee are long-tail colors we saw once or twice each, on the UK and French sites.

Brights, Pastels, and Greens

The colors people actually queue for are here, and they are also the ones that vanish fastest. Rouge H, the deep burgundy, is the best-supplied of them by a wide margin: 12 listings in eight countries, still appearing in July, and the only non-neutral other than Rose Sakura that cracks the top six. Rouge Radieux, the brighter blue-red, managed five listings in five countries, and Rouge de Cœur four in four. Any of the three is a realistic alert target; only Rouge H is one you can expect to see more than once.

For orange there are two. Orange — the box color itself — is the more common at nine listings in eight countries, though we have not seen one since May 2026. Tangerine came up six times in six countries, which is to say once each: catching a specific one means watching a specific market. Jaune Milton, the bright yellow, appeared twice in two countries all year.

Pinks, Purples, and Lilacs

Rose Sakura, the pale pink, reached 13 countries — more than any other Mini Lindy color, neutrals included — on just 15 listings. That combination is the whole story of the bag's most wanted color: Hermès puts it almost everywhere and it is gone almost everywhere, which is why it asks $13,000 to $16,000 and up secondhand against a $9,050 retail price. Purple, the saturated one, managed three listings in three countries. The lilacs are Mauve Pâle, a soft pale lilac at four listings in three countries, and Mauve Sylvestre, deeper and dustier, at three in three.

Blues

Bleu Glacier, the pale ice blue, is the most common of the blues at nine listings, though they were concentrated in five countries and the last was in June. Bleu Jean (Swift), Bleu Tie (Clemence), and Bleu de Prusse, the deep navy, each managed three listings; Bleu Lin and Bleu Hydra are long-tail colors we saw once or twice. Bleu Tie is worth a caveat — three listings sounds live, but none of them since December 2025. Caban, the dark navy-green that sits between the blues and the greens, is the bigger loss: ten listings in seven countries and then nothing after December 2025.

Greens

Green is the hardest color family to buy on this bag. Vert Mangrove was the best supplied of them at four listings in three countries, and it has not appeared since October 2025. Vert Foncé (the dark forest green), Vert Loden (the olive), Vert Moyen, Bambou (the brighter grass green), and Vert Peppermint (the pale mint) all sit in the long tail at one or two listings each. Vert Foncé survives mainly as half of a two-tone: paired with Rose Darling it came up three times in three countries, more often than the solid version. If a specific green is what you want, restock alerts across several countries is the only realistic route, and you should be prepared for the answer to be the secondhand market.

Verso, Toile, Touch, and Ostrich

Four versions sit outside the ordinary Clemence and Swift run. You can tell them apart on a listing by the SKU prefix, which is the string after the H in the product code.

Verso pairs a plain outside with a different color inside, so the second color only shows when the bag is open. We have seen it in Ardoise / Gris Platine, Beige Marfa / Gris Misty, Gris Misty / Noir, Gris Pâle / Vert Vertigo, Poussière / Étoupe, and Vert Foncé / Vert Moyen. It costs the same as Swift — £6,460 in the UK, €6,600 in the eurozone — and we have not seen it listed in the U.S.

Toile uses Goéland canvas with Swift trim and is the lightest version of the bag. It came in Noir / Noir, Paille / Paille, and Mousse / Bai / Brun at £6,760 and €6,900. Ostrich is the expensive end: $18,100 to $19,100 in the U.S., which is roughly double the leather price, and we saw it in Biscuit, Mykonos, and Rose Bubblegum.

Mini Lindy Price by Country

The color has no effect on the retail price. The leather does: Swift costs $500, or the local equivalent, more than Taurillon Clemence everywhere Hermès sells both. These are July 2026 figures from listings we tracked, where the bag is sold as the "Lindy II mini bag."

A dash means we have not seen that version listed in that market. The UK and eurozone prices are the lowest of the six before any VAT refund, which is why buying while travelling is worth the effort — but the bag is no easier to find in Paris than in New York, so the saving only exists if you get one at all.

The Less Common Leathers

Three more leathers turned up, almost entirely on the UK and European sites. Barénia Faubourg is the smooth calfskin that darkens with wear; Volupto is soft and lightly grained; the Goéland canvas version pairs canvas with Swift trim.

Which Colors Hold Their Value

Across 98 Mini Lindy listings we tracked in the two months to July 2026, the median asking price was $10,275 — about 114% of the $9,050 US retail. Half of those listings fell between $8,512 and $12,558, and the full range ran from $5,391 for a worn example to $26,410 for an exotic. Where the listing sits inside that range depends more on the color than on anything else.

Rose Sakura is the clearest example, and the frequency data explains it. Hermès listed it in 13 countries, more than any other color, so it is not rare in the sense of hardly being made — it is rare in the sense that all 15 of those listings sold, and it still asks $13,000 and up because more people want one than are willing to sell one. Verso and two-tone bags sit in the same band for a different reason: there were only ever a few of each. Noir and Étoupe are the other end, easy enough to find new that they resell closest to what they cost. Gold is the odd one out — it resells like a common color even though Hermès has barely listed it since April.

Seller matters nearly as much as color. Fashionphile and The RealReal listed comparable bags near $9,000, while Farfetch and Madison Avenue Couture asked $12,500 and up for the same kind of bag.

Retail is still the cheaper route for most colors, and hermes.com is the way in: unlike the Birkin and the Kelly, which never appeared online at all in the year we watched, the Mini Lindy is sold on the site, first-come first-served, 381 times across 20 countries. Stock appears without warning and goes quickly, so restock alerts and a saved address and card are what decide whether you see the listing or read about it.
