The cashmere is first hand-woven, revealing two large vertical colored stripes. It is then soaked in two different dye baths at each end.

The "H" detail is created by applying a wooden "H", carved by hand and affixed to the blanket before it is soaked in the dye baths to avoid infusing the vaporous cashmere.
