Alexander McQueen "Queen and King" Skull Knuckle Box Clutch — Tattoo Beaded Embroidery / Black Nappa — Excellent Condition, Original Box One of Alexander McQueen's most elaborate and collectible clutch iterations: the "Queen and King" double-skull knuckleduster box clutch in the rare hand-beaded "Tattoo" embroidery version. From Sarah Burton's tenure at the house, circa 2017–2018. The black nappa leather body is covered entirely in hand-sewn beaded embroidery: mushrooms, skeleton keys, butterflies, bees, suns and roses, rendered in gunmetal glass beads, bugle beads, sequins and crystals — a cabinet of curiosities in miniature, applied with extraordinary craft. The knuckleduster handle features two crowned skulls in contrasting mixed metals — one silver-tone with crystal eyes, one antique gold-tone with intricate crown and floral detailing and pearl-effect embellishments — a piece of jewellery in its own right. Silver-tone frame, suede-lined interior, detachable antique silver chain strap. This is not a standard skull clutch. The Tattoo embroidery edition was produced in very limited numbers and represents some of the most complex handwork the house has applied to this format. Size: 18 cm W × 10 cm H × 5 cm D. Compact by design, it fits a card holder, smaller phone (up to standard size), keys, and essentials. Not suitable for iPhone Pro Max. Condition: Excellent. Worn twice.
