Alexander McQueen black satin knuckle duster handle clutch bag. S/S 2011. Made in Italy. This rare piece has been loved and minor signs of wear. One minor fraying which is not evident since the clutch is black satin silk. Has a leather interior with minor scratches but no stains. Overall in good condition.
