Extremely rare Bottega Veneta Boston bag from the Laura Moltedo / Giles Deacon era (circa 2000–2001), pre-Kering acquisition. Numbered limited edition 067/100, stamped on the original brass turn lock closure (BOTTEGA VENETA engraved). This piece comes from one of the most fascinating transitional moments in Bottega Veneta's history: the brief logo-monogram experiment that Tomas Maier later removed when he took over creative direction in mid-2001. Very few of these monogram pieces were produced, and numbered editions are exceptionally rare. DETAILS — BV jacquard monogram canvas, beige/tan with dark brown weave — Smooth dark brown leather trim and rolled top handles — Brushed brass hardware, fully functional turnlock and zipper — Pristine interior in BV-monogrammed black jacquard lining — Original "Certificato di Origine" hangtag still attached — Interior plaque "Bottega Veneta" intact — Zipper pull stamped "Bottega Veneta — Made in Italy" CONDITION Very Good overall for a piece of this age (circa 2001). Interior: Pristine. BV-monogrammed black jacquard lining shows no staining, marks or wear. Interior plaque, pockets and zippers all intact and clean. Hardware: Excellent. Turnlock and all zippers fully functional. Brass retains original finish with natural age patina only. Canvas: Good. Monogram jacquard clean and uniform, slight structural damage,no fraying. Leather trim: Shows honest signs of use consistent with age, some darkening and light scuffing on high-friction areas (top corners, handle attachment points). No cracking, peeling but slight structural damage. All photos taken under direct light to fully disclose condition. No filters. Priced accordingly. PROVENANCE Original "Certificato di Origine" authentication label present and intact. Made in Italy confirmed on interior label and zipper pull. Reasonable offers welcome.
