A timeless silhouette, this pre-owned Classic Double Flap shoulder bag is crafted in the house's iconic diamond-quilted lambskin leather and accented with gold-tone 'CC' turnlock and chain hardware. Few bags can claim that they have grown in popularity (and value) since 1955 - and the Classic Flap is one of them. Originally launched as the "2.55", the bag featured a rectangular turnlock closure and a long chain strap, as Coco Chanel was tired of carrying her purse in her hands. Thanks to the creative genius of Karl Lagerfeld, the bag was updated to the Classic Flap we know, love, and recognize, and featured the new logo 'CC' closure instead.
