Vintage Chanel Black Leather Contrast-Stitch Handbag Beautiful authentic vintage Chanel black leather handbag featuring distinctive contrasting quilted stitching and the iconic CC logo hardware. A fabulous and unusual vintage Chanel piece with a structured rectangular shape, double top handles and full zip closure. It’s a really striking design and not one you see everywhere. The spacious interior makes this a very practical everyday Chanel as well as a lovely collectible vintage piece. Condition: Used Vintage condition with visible signs of wear consistent with its age and use. There is rubbing and wear to the leather around the edges, handles, corners and opening, together with some creasing and general wear to the handles too. The bag has softened slightly in shape over time and there are areas of wear around the contrast stitching, this has come away in a few places but this does not affect the use, they are just signs of age and use. One zip toggle has come away; however, I simply use the other zip. A spare Chanel toggle (see picture) is included and could easily be fitted by a cobbler or leather specialist — I just never got around to having it done. The interior remains in good, clean condition overall. All areas of wear form part of the description and have been taken into account in the condition. A beautiful authentic vintage Chanel with lots of character, a particularly striking contrast-stitched design and still plenty of life left in it. A fantastic bag to actually use and enjoy rather than one that needs to sit in a wardrobe or only come out as a party piece! For me; I need a Chanel everyday - not just for ‘special occasions’! No silly offers please — I’m in no rush to sell.
