Chanel Boy Camellia Spring/Summer 2019 A particularly distinctive interpretation of Chanel’s Boy bag, released for Spring/Summer 2019. The traditionally structured, masculine-inspired Boy silhouette is transformed through an intricate covering of three-dimensional leather camellia appliqués, creating a much softer and more decorative expression. The camellia has been closely associated with Chanel since Gabrielle Chanel adopted the flower as a personal emblem in the early 20th century, and it remains one of the house’s most recognisable motifs. Its use across the entire front of the Boy makes this a notably unusual, season-specific execution rather than one of Chanel’s permanent designs. Condition: Very Good Very good overall condition. The leather body and camellia appliqués remain exceptionally well preserved, with no visible wear, tearing or discolouration and strong structure throughout. Corners and base show only minimal use. The strap and surrounding metal hardware are also in excellent condition, with little visible wear or scratching. The interior shows light signs of use, including minor discolouration and a small, faint stain beside the interior Chanel logo, visible in the product imagery. Accompanied by the original Chanel dustbag and Chanel purchase authenticity card.
