This iconic Chanel bag is a magnificent vintage Classic Maxi Single Flap, crafted from supple black calfskin leather with the brand's signature diamond quilting. This bag is from the 3 series (1994-1996); as with all vintage Chanel bags made before 2008, all hardware on this bag is plated with 24-karat gold. The bag has a structured rectangular silhouette with an outer flap secured by a large gold interlocking CC turn-lock closure. The versatile straps consist of 2 large, heavy 24k gold-plated chains, interwoven with black leather. The chains can be doubled for shoulder carry or used single for crossbody carry. The interior is lined with a rich burgundy leather and has one zipper pocket, and one full width slip pocket. This is a bag for Chanel collectors and lovers. This Classic Vintage Chanel Maxi bag is in VG preloved condition. There are minimal signs of wear: the leather is in good condition, the corners look great and the hardware is very shiny with only superficial scratches.
