During his tenure at CHANEL, he preserved the iconic silhouette of the Classic Flap originated by Coco Chanel, while constantly driving creative upgrades. Keeping signature details including quilted stitching, interlocking‑C turn‑lock and leather‑in‑chain strap intact, he experimented extensively with new fabric treatments.
