Used- Good! Have had it for at least 3 years and has been used with care. All finishes and suede is in good shape except one panel on the brown suede but hard to notice. The stitching and interior is all clean and no damage. The coach chain would need to be replaced as it has initials engraved. Can easily be taken to a coach store to get a new one for $10.
