I have taken the time to clean this bag, inside and out, and touch up. Coach Motto; the scars, scratches, veins and wrinkles are natural marking characteristics of full grain leather. Light scuffs throughout, nothing real noticeable. Inside very light marks still remain, doesn't show up in photos. Overall in good/very good condition.
