The only flaw is in the strap, the shoulder part, a bit folded but can be undone I think plus it doesn't affect the bag when worn as the weight will equalise everything. It's not rigid leather. That's why. The inside of the bag feel a bit rough at the bottom with a tiny smell due to the storage like the cloth of the bag. But only if you leave your nose on. I believe if you leave it outside a day it's all gone.
