Matching single compartment with a patch pocket. Without packaging. Good condition: the bartacks on the top of the compartment are partially undone. Small glue traces in places, especially on the edge of the compartment. A few light traces on the leather, especially on the top of the flap. Marks and discoloration on the clasp.
