Fendi Pequin Mini Boston Bag Vintage – 80s (Fendi s.a.s.) DESCRIPTION: Gorgeous and iconic original vintage Fendi mini boston bag, dating back to the mid-80s (Fendi s.a.s. era). This model features the famous Pequin pattern with vertical brown and black stripes, a great classic of vintage fashion that has become extremely current again. Perfect for collectors or lovers of luxury vintage. Details and Features: Outer material: Coated canvas with Pequin stripes with trims, piping and double top handles in genuine tan leather. Metal details with iconic round zip puller with logo "Fendi Roma - Italy 1925". Interior: Original golden metal tag "Fendi s.a.s. - Made in Italy". Dimensions: Mini version (compact but spacious for essentials like smartphone, wallet and keys). Item Condition: Exterior: In excellent vintage condition. The canvas is intact, the leather handles are solid and the zipper runs perfectly. Normal and slight signs of age on the metal parts (gilding partially faded on the slider, as shown in the photos). Interior: As is almost always the case with Fendi pieces from this period, the PVC inner lining shows peeling/crumbling of the black coating (see dedicated photos). The price largely takes this defect into account. The interior is however usable as it is, or can be easily restored by removing the surface resin or by having it relined.
