Vintage Givenchy 4G leather bag in fir green colour. This chic handbag is made of genuine leather in fir green with a shoulder strap that can be worn shorter or longer, as the strap can be adjusted with 2 press studs. The bag was originally dark green and to preserve its charm, it was professionally re-dyed in dark green with high-quality leather paint and then lacquered. The hardware was originally bicolour (gold and silver), now the exterior hardware is only silver because the gold accents on the hardware had colour wear and were completely removed, so the exterior hardware is now only silver. The interior hardware is gold. The chain on the small inner pocket has been re-gilded. Overall, the bag has some minimal leather wear, as well as superficial micro-scratches. The shoulder strap has been repaired in a small spot as can be seen in the picture. It is a fantastically beautiful vintage bag from Givenchy in a really very nice condition for its age.
