Splendid and elegant vintage Gucci handbag, a timeless archive classic dating approximately to the 1950s/1960s. Made of shiny black patent leather with a geometric and structured silhouette, perfect for both day and evening. It features a double handle and a refined front snap closure embellished with a metallic ring. The interior is fully lined in luxurious and soft smooth burgundy leather, in good condition. It features the very rare and sought-after Gucci logo printed in gold leaf with the archival cursive font. Inside there is an open applied pocket and an additional pocket with a perfectly working zipper. The bag is in good overall vintage condition. The patent leather maintains a beautiful shine. Being a vintage piece, the external surface shows widespread and light superficial scratches and natural veins of the patent leather consistent with age and use (visible in particular on the back when looking at the accessory against the light, as shown in the photos). The leather interior is clean, with minimal and normal signs of rubbing on the bottom. No odor or loose stitching. Dust bag NOT included.
