Very rare original Gucci bag from the late 80s, Made in Italy, characterized by a splendid blue finish with a naturally distressed / aged effect. Made with an all-over Micro GG monogram pattern, it features a special heart-shaped front application with the historic Gucci Knight Crest, one of the most interesting details of the design. Soft structure with a large shaped flap, internal drawstring closure, gold-tone hardware, and long leather tassels. The interior is finished with a beautiful multicolored vintage Gucci lining in shades of burgundy and green, complete with a zip pocket and original leather tag. Adjustable shoulder strap. A truly uncommon Gucci piece, belonging to the pre-Tom Ford production and perfectly representative of the Italian luxury aesthetic of the late 80s. The strong patina and the chromatic variations of the leather now give it a beautiful worn-in / archival look, particularly sought after in contemporary vintage. It shows signs of time and use consistent with its age, clearly visible in the photographs. The patina is an important part of the bag's current aesthetic.
