Serial number 004·90·0337. One of the most collectible configurations from Gucci’s pre-Tom Ford era — all leather construction with no canvas, no coating, no peeling risk. Front features the house’s embossed oval Interlocking GG logo plaque in darker cognac leather with contrast topstitching. Two zipper pulls stamped “GUCCI ITALY.” Original knight crest shield charm in aged silver-tone metal attached to the interior zipper — a detail specific to this era and frequently missing on comparable pieces. Suede interior lining fully intact, clean, and supple — the single most important condition marker for vintage Gucci of this period.
