A rare textile version of the Gucci Jackie from the Tom Ford era. This is not the GG canvas version you see everywhere. The body is printed silk in a bold geometric harlequin pattern of turquoise, periwinkle and aubergine, trimmed in mustard calfskin and finished with a gold-tone chunky link chain strap. The piston closure has the engraved Gucci plaque. The chain is the standout detail: heavy rectangular links that turn a classic shape into a true Y2K statement piece. It sits neatly on the shoulder and pairs well with denim, slip dresses or tailoring. Printed silk Jackies from this period rarely come up for sale. Most surviving Tom Ford Jackies are canvas or leather, so this piece is a real archive find for collectors of the era. Slight darkening on the edges of the strap tabs. • Hardware: some plating wear on the chain, where the base metal shows on several links. Light speckled wear on the piston clasp.
