This velvet Jackie design was featured in Gucci’s F/W 1999 advertising campaign photographed by Mario Testino. Beautifully preserved for its age, dating back to 1999. The violet velvet remains lovely overall, showing some natural variations in the direction and texture of the pile, with slight unevenness and areas where the nap has been gently flattened through use. There are also a few tiny, faint surface marks. The black leather trim, corners and shoulder strap are in excellent vintage condition, with only minor signs of age and use, such as occasional fine surface scratches and gentle creasing. No visible cracking. The silver-tone hardware shows signs of vintage wear, including surface scratches and some tarnishing, particularly on the front clasp.
