The characteristic GG embossing is well-preserved and the leather is wonderfully supple. Bottom, corners & edges: The bottom and corners show normal, age-related wear and slight darkening on the lower edges, as is typical for light-coloured smooth leather. Handles: The two rounded leather handles are firm, stable, and perfectly safe to carry, with slight, even signs of wear in the grip area. Interior: The light fabric inner lining shows a slight, extensive redness/discoloration in the bottom area as well as a few fine stains (see detail photo), but it is completely dry, clean, and odourless. Hardware & serial number: The serial number inside the bag is sharp and perfectly legible. The gold-coloured hardware and the GG charm shine nicely with fine, superficial micro-scratches.
