The Heure H takes its case from the letter H, and this high-jewelry version sets it in white gold with baguette-cut diamonds. The dial is a Mosaïque checkerboard of mother-of-pearl, polished ceramic and diamonds, so matte, iridescent and brilliant surfaces alternate square by square.
