Ghillies (2011-2017, Pierre Hardy) applies brogued perforation overlays to the edges, flap, sangles, and piping, referencing traditional Scottish ghillie shoe construction. Grizzly is the house designation for bags pairing Veau Doblis suede with smooth leather in the same body. Three-color Grizzly Ghillies is the rarest subcategory of both editions, where each additional leather adds a color-matching and sourcing constraint to an already complex atelier build. Three leathers, three colors. The front and rear center panels are Gris Perle Veau Doblis, a pale grey suede with a napped surface that absorbs light.
