Authentic Hermès bag, vintage Glika model, in two-tone box leather: body in black/dark brown box leather, edges, handle and shoulder strap in natural camel leather. Closure by a leather tab slipped under a golden metal buckle, a system characteristic of the Glika model. The shoulder strap, the edges of the bag and the closure loop have been completely redone by the Hermès workshops. (Invoice photo) These elements are therefore impeccable, with leather and stitching like new. Stamped inside HERMÈS PARIS MADE IN FRANCE in gold letters, as well as the HERMÈS stamp engraved on the metal buckle. Points of wear to note, in full transparency: the loop (which holds the shoulder strap attachment) was not redone during the restoration and has a seam weakened by use, a spot repair by a leather craftsman is possible if desired, personally I wear it as is, and there is no problem even when it is well filled. The box leather on the top and bottom of the bag has slight surface cracks, typical of a patinated vintage box leather, with no missing parts or tears. Interior in natural leather with a patina consistent with the age of the piece. The bag offers a very generous interior volume despite its compact silhouette, ideal for everyday use.
