Rare and very versatile Hermès Herbag 2-in-1 set from 2005, presented in classic black canvas with matching black leather and palladium-finish hardware. This discontinued configuration includes two interchangeable canvas bodies. The smaller body creates an elegant Kelly-inspired top-handle handbag, while the larger body transforms the piece into a spacious Herbag À Dos backpack. The detachable leather flap, handle, straps, and closure assembly can be transferred between both bodies, allowing the set to be worn by hand, on the shoulder, or as a backpack. The design features Hermès' signature Clou de Selle closure, a structured leather top handle, and a utilitarian canvas construction. The black canvas bodies show light surface marks, slight discoloration, and minor wear consistent with age and careful use.
