Rare and very versatile Hermès Herbag 2-in-1 set from 2005, presented in classic black canvas with matching black leather and palladium-finish hardware. This configuration, which is no longer in production, includes two interchangeable canvas bodies. The smaller body creates an elegant top-handle handbag inspired by the Kelly, while the larger body transforms the piece into a spacious Herbag À Dos backpack. The removable leather flap, handle, straps, and closure assembly can be transferred between the two bodies, allowing the set to be carried by hand, on the shoulder, or as a backpack. The design features the signature Hermès Clou de Selle closure, a structured leather top handle, and a utilitarian canvas construction. Its all-black colour combination makes it a particularly wearable and collectible example of the early Herbag design. The black canvas bodies show light surface marks, faint discoloration, and minor wear consistent with age and careful use. The black leather components display light scratches, creasing, and surface wear. The palladium-finish hardware has scratches and slight tarnishing from use.
