Hermes Kelly 32, Vibrato Brun Chocolat, 2004 A magnificent collector's vintage Hermes Kelly 32 in Vibrato Brun Chocolat from 2004. This Kelly is from the now-discontinued Vibrato collection by Hermes, an exceptionally distinctive finish created by carefully stacking hundreds of thin layers of leather and suede to form a beautiful, naturally textured striped effect. The Vibrato collection was discontinued in 2007 and is now a particularly interesting piece of Hermes history for collectors. The bag is in excellent condition for its age. There are some visible surface scratches on the smooth leather of the flap, as well as very light signs of wear on the Vibrato leather. The scratches are clearly shown in the photographs so the condition can be fully appreciated. For full transparency, I recently took the bag to Hermes in London, where I was advised that the scratches are minor and the bag does not require any spa treatment. It comes with: Hermes padlock Hermes keys Hermes clochette The padlock, keys, and clochette are all authentic Hermes, and the keys work with the padlock. Hermes London noted that these parts seem to have a slightly different gold tone from the bag's existing gold hardware. I have included this detail for complete transparency. The bag has been authenticated, with authentication documentation available. A rare opportunity to own a wonderfully distinctive vintage Kelly and a true piece of Hermes history.
