Hermès Medor 23 Clutch Bleu Pétrole Lizard Palladium Hardware The Medor Clutch was produced from roughly 2009 to 2013, then discontinued. The defining feature is the Collier de Chien closure lifted directly from Hermès dog collars and bracelets: four pyramid studs flanking a slotted metal plate mounted on a leather strap that wraps the body and locks the flap. It functions as the clasp and as the design statement, with no other surface elements competing for attention. Bleu Pétrole runs deep teal-blue with cool undertones and no warmth. Lizard (–) breaks the color across hundreds of fine tightly-packed scales, each catching light at a slightly different angle, producing a surface that shifts in tone as it moves rather than reading flat. Palladium hardware sits clean against the cool teal.
