The Anate Fringe entered the Hermès special-edition line for Fall/Winter 2023: an equestrian reworking of the Birkin in which leather strips emerge from the gusset seams in graduated lengths. The fringe is built into the structure rather than applied as trim, the side panels laced and braided so the strands fall as a moving curtain down each side.
