The monogram pattern is well-defined, intense in color, and completely free of cracks, breaks, or holes. Top edge (Important note on condition): The Vachetta leather trim on the top opening of the bag shows visible and significant wear on the edges, fine lines from dryness, as well as superficial cracks in the leather (see detail photo). Leather trims and Straps: The flat leather straps and the side buckle straps have developed a uniform golden honey-brown patina; the leather is stable and fully capable of bearing weight, with normal and typical vintage signs of wear, discreet darkening, and slight abrasion on the edges. Corners & Piping (Note on condition): The four bottom corners and the leather piping show visible surface and edge wear as well as spot darkening, but are structurally closed and intact (see detail photos). Interior & Date code: The brown textile inner lining is dry, clean, and odorless, with only minimal and fine signs of wear; the zipped compartment as well as the leather tab with the very sharp engraved date code CA1015 are perfectly intact.
