Product Details: • Material: Iconic Monogram coated canvas and brown grained leather inner lining. • Model: Compègne 28 Pouch. • Dimensions: Approximately 28 cm (width) x 17 cm (height) x 7 cm (depth). • Date code: 852 (Made in France in February 1985 — a true and rare vintage piece). • Features: Large golden zipper closure, one exterior slip pocket, two interior slip pockets. Condition: Fair Condition / Vintage (C) • Exterior: The Monogram canvas is beautiful and well-preserved, with no major cuts. The Vachetta leather finishes (borders, piping, and bottom corners) show a dark patina and wear/rubbing marks that are completely normal for its age. The side leather tab shows signs of dryness and a small surface crack but remains solid. • Interior: The main compartment in grained leather is clean and sound. It is not sticky and does not peel (the great advantage of this generation). Please note: some traces of use and minor old pen marks at the bottom of the bag and in the interior pockets. • Structure & Zip: The pouch maintains a very nice overall shape. The original zipper works perfectly. The golden brass slider shows its authentic vintage discoloration. → A superb vintage essential from the 80s, ultra-practical and sturdy, offered at a very gentle price. Official "Louis Vuitton Paris ® made in France" marking stamped inside (slightly faded by time but authentic). 3-digit period serial number (852) engraved in the leather near the seam.
