Authentic vintage Louis Vuitton Compiègne 28 in Monogram coated canvas with vachetta cowhide trim. Top zip closure with an LV-engraved brass pull, vachetta side bands and triangular vachetta corner caps. Stamped LOUIS VUITTON PARIS made in france inside. Brown coated-canvas lining with two flat slip pockets. MEASUREMENTS Width 10 1/2" ; Height 7" ; 7 1/2" including the zip crown ; Depth 3" across the base CONDITION — heavily patinated, please read and view all photos: Vachetta has darkened to a deep honey brown throughout, with pronounced surface cracking along the piping and both side bands Loose and broken stitching threads at several points along the vachetta side bands, visible in the close-ups.
