Louis Vuitton handbag, Galliera model in brown Monogram coated canvas and natural cowhide leather (vachetta) trim. This iconic shoulder bag is distinguished by its supple silhouette and its front plaque in gilded metal engraved with "Louis Vuitton Inventeur". The exterior in monogrammed canvas is overall very well preserved, showing slight crease marks from normal use. The leather panels, adjustable shoulder strap, and piping have a pronounced honey-colored patina with marked signs of wear, including scuffs, scratches, water spots, and darkening in places, especially at the upper corners near the eyelets. The bottom of the bag has four protective feet and a neat central seam. Inside, the beige suede-like lining (alcantara) has slip pockets but shows visible signs of use, specifically numerous marks and blue/purple ink stains in one of the pockets and a small suede section. Sold as is, this timeless classic remains perfectly functional despite its interior cosmetic flaws and its well-worn patina.
