Made in France in March 1999 (Date Code: TH0939). - Color & Light Note: The beautiful Vernis patent leather is chameleon-like and shifts color depending on the lighting: it looks like a vibrant lime/apple green under bright daylight, and shifts to a rich olive/mustard green under warm indoor lighting. - Exterior Condition: Good / Vintage The patent leather retains a beautiful overall shine and structured shape. Absolutely NO stickiness or major color transfer. Please note: There are tiny, microscopic dark specks/dots on the patent leather surface due to natural vintage aging, consistent with Louis Vuitton Vernis pieces from this era. The natural vachetta leather handles have aged into a gorgeous, light honey patina with clean, intact stitching. Retains a rich, authentic leather smell.
