Louis Vuitton Keepall 55 travel bag in iconic Monogram canvas and natural cowhide leather, made in France in February 1986 (date code 862 engraved under the leather tab). This iconic 55 cm length format is the ideal size for trips of a few days or for use as cabin baggage. The bag has a beautiful period patina that testifies to its authenticity and history. The coated Monogram canvas is in very good general condition, supple and without cracks or snags. The cowhide leather elements have taken on an amber honey hue and show natural signs of use, notably darkening and localized rubbing on the grip of the handles, the side bands, and on the piping of the lower corners. The original brass hardware and the double zipper have a characteristic vintage oxidation, while remaining perfectly functional. The interior in brown textile canvas is clean and well-preserved. Dimensions: 55 cm x 31 cm x 26 cm. The bag is sold on its own. It will be shipped with the greatest care in suitable packaging to ensure its protection during transport.
