Vintage Louis Vuitton Keepall Bandoulière 55 with strap/luggage tag/padlock & keys. Cabin friendly/travel bag. This is a beautiful, highly sought-after 55cm travel bag in the classic Monogram coated canvas from my collection. This is the Bandoulière model, meaning it features the side D-rings and includes the detachable leather shoulder strap. Manufactured in France in February 1998 (Date Code: TH0928), she is a wonderful vintage travel companion that has been well-maintained and remains completely functional. - Complete Set: Rare for a piece of this age. Includes the long shoulder strap, luggage tag, padlock, and BOTH keys. - All brass hardware is clean, bright, and the long strap metal details have been carefully polished. The zip works well and smoothly. - The monogram canvas is in beautiful condition with an even, attractive patina. - Generally this bag is in good to very good condition considering her age. I have had her for many years and she has been well loved. - Canvas: Very good condition, clean, and structurally sound. No tears/rips/marks/damage/defects - Leather Trim/Handles: Showing a lovely golden-honey patina consistent with its age. There are signs of use, including some surface cracking on the leather trim/handles as expected from vintage travel use. At the base of the leather trim on each end there is some separation but this is not obvious due to where it is and does not affect the aesthetics or use of this beautiful bag.
