This is a superb vintage piece, made in April 1984 (vintage date code "844" present on the inner leather tab under the rivet). Features and Details: Material: Thick and sturdy Monogram coated canvas (superior quality specific to the house's older productions), natural cowhide leather trim. Included accessories: Sold with its original leather address tag and its period handle holder. Hardware: Original golden brass zipper and rivets. General condition: Vintage (Pronounced signs of wear) The bag has travelled proudly and shows the marks of its history, which gives it a great adventurer look: Monogram canvas: In excellent general condition, with no major tears. Leather (Cowhide): The leather has developed a very dark honey/amber patina. The leather bands that run under the bag have cracks, scuffs, and visible water stains. The handles are also darkened from use. Hardware: Presence of natural green oxidation (verdigris) on and around the brass rivets, typical of pieces that have passed through the decades.
