Hello, From my extensive and luxurious collection of designer handbags, I offer my Louis Vuitton Pochette Métis in the iconic coated Monogram canvas with natural Vachetta/cowhide leather trim and top handle; Monogram canvas shoulder strap; dark brown textile/microfiber lining and gold-tone metal hardware. The Métis was not available in Louis Vuitton stores in its year of release, but only through registration with customer service. I acquired the bag this way in July 2016 (produced in the 18th week of 2016, Date Code DU1186) and it has been in my possession since. Dimensions: approx. 25 × 19 × 7 cm (L × H × W). The bag has three interior compartments and an additional zippered pocket on the back. Particularly noteworthy is the exceptionally well-maintained, almost new condition. I replaced the shoulder strap this year. The first-generation shoulder straps were very stiff, which is why I bought this new one. The Monogram canvas is beautiful, the interior is very clean, and the shape of the bag is excellently preserved. The Pochette Métis (reference of the former version M40780) combines the classic Louis Vuitton look with surprisingly high everyday usability: the distinctive gold-tone S-lock, the elegant leather top handle, and the detachable and adjustable Monogram shoulder strap allow for three different carrying options – elegant in the hand, classic on the shoulder, or casual crossbody.
