This is a Louis Vuitton Monogram Twin pouch. The strap is detachable, you can wear it as a crossbody or clutch bag. It is 100% authentic and in excellent condition, there's tiny crack at the two sides. The lining has a few stains. The vachetta leather has been replaced by professional leather craftsman, which cost me around $100 USD.
