Its first limited edition was presented shortly after, created for the Takashi Murakami exhibition at MOCA in Los Angeles (Museum of Contemporary Art). In 2007 the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles inaugurated a special exhibition on Murakami with a pop-up store for limited edition Louis Vuitton items created specifically for this event. Each item was only available in hundreds of pieces. The limited edition MOCA Neverfull includes a reintroduction of the Louis Vuitton 'Hands' symbol on the front of the monogram Neverfull bag. In addition, Murakami also introduced a character called 'Chibi Kinoko' which means "little mushroom". Fashionistas took planes to go buy it. It is a work of art turned into a bag. A must-have!
