The honest bits (because I don't do surprises): ✨ Cream Empreinte leather is clean and well-kept, with a few light surface marks from normal wear — all captured in the photos, so what you see is what shows up at your door 👜 Full disclosure on the handles: the edge glazing on the carry handles and shoulder strap is cracking and peeling in places (it's the painted edge coat, a known quirk on this model — the leather underneath is sound).
