Rare colour! The Louis Vuitton Takashi Murakami Cherry Blossom Papillon in white with red flowers is a stylish and iconic shoulder bag, perfect for women. Made of coated canvas and vachetta leather trim with gold studs, this bag features the signature vintage Louis Vuitton Murakami Cherry Blossom Monogram pattern in white and red with gold letters, from around 2003 when Marc Jacobs was at the helm. The beige microfibre lining adds a touch of elegance, while the gold-tone hardware provides a luxurious finish. This vintage and timeless bag also comes with its original dust bag and a decorative padlock. Made in France. It is in good condition considering its age. The bag is slightly misshapen from storage, but this can be corrected. The leather has a slight patina, more pronounced in the centre of the handles. The exterior is in good overall condition, clean, with some minor scuffs on the edges and small marks, especially near where the padlock has rubbed. There is still a thin leather strap for a clochette, however the clochette and key are missing. The key is not necessary as the padlock does not lock anything on the bag, it is purely decorative, but it is an LV 303 padlock and I have seen that they sell matching LV 303 keys. The padlock is quite tarnished but a bit of Brasso should fix it easily. The top of the interior has a few small marks and some wear on the leather. The date code is faded and almost rubbed off the microfibre but it is there. And several small pen marks inside. This is a super stylish piece of fashion history!
