Magnificent vintage piece made in France in September 1989 (Authenticity date code: 8909 V.I. present inside). Overall condition: Vintage condition with great retro charm. This bag has been in storage and unused for a long time: therefore, the cowhide leather currently lacks flexibility. With regular use and proper care (like applying a moisturizing milk for delicate leather), it will quickly regain its original suppleness. Cosmetic details: • The exterior Monogram canvas is very well preserved, with no tears. Some stains are visible on the straps. • The natural cowhide leather has developed a historic dark patina. It shows pronounced signs of use, notably dark coloring on the handles due to carrying and visible rubbing on the leather corner reinforcements (see detailed photos). • The washable canvas interior is complete with its large pocket and straps, sound and clean, showing slight traces of use normal for its age.
