The shoulder strap is sturdy, with only a few fine superficial cracks and slight watermarks/stains. No deep cracks. Cowhide leather with a dark honey patina. No unpleasant odor. The exterior and interior pockets have been carefully cleaned. No peeling, in perfect working order. One of the side seams in the cowhide leather has slight scratches and a fine superficial crack, but no deep cracks (see photo). The side seams are strong.
