Mulberry Alexa satchel in Grape (purple) soft buffalo leather Genuine Mulberry Alexa in a deep purple soft buffalo leather with brass hardware. Bought new in August 2011 and comes with the original Mulberry card (dated 25/8/2011), the leather care card and the dust bag. The bag has the classic Alexa features: the postman’s lock on the front flap, plaited top handle, two buckled front straps, a zipped pocket under the flap and a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap so it can be carried by hand, on the shoulder or crossbody. Inside is the black Mulberry tree jacquard lining with a zipped wall pocket and the leather Mulberry tag with tree charm. The leather is lovely and soft and has kept its colour well. As you would expect after years of use, there are some signs of wear. The brass lock plate and hardware have light surface scratches, there is some wear to the strap edges and corners, and the lining has a few light marks. No rips or tears, all zips and fastenings work as they should. Please see the photos, which show the bag as it is. A real classic that is still very wearable. Smoke-free home.
