Vintage Mulberry Binocular Bag in Black Congo Leather Beautiful vintage Mulberry Binocular crossbody bag from the late 1980s / early 1990s. This rare heritage piece is crafted from Mulberry’s iconic black Congo leather, featuring a classic mock-lizard/crocodile embossed texture. It features an adjustable crossbody shoulder strap, solid brass hardware, and a secure front buckle-strap closure. The interior is lined with the timeless Mulberry house tartan cotton fabric and includes a zipped pocket. An authentic vintage gem made in England, complete with its original details: *Stamped brass interior serial disc (Serial: 162161) *Vintage "Mulberry Company / Made in England" gold-embossed leather patch *Premium Swiss "riri" brand zipper *Interior fabric "Fabriqué en Angleterre" tag Condition: Good vintage condition. The embossed Congo leather remains structured with a beautiful sheen. The brass hardware shows a natural vintage patina and light surface scratches consistent with age. The tartan interior is clean with a few pen marks, and the zipper runs smoothly. The rim around the base has lost a little consistency in its shape (see second last photo). Note: A secure repair has been completed on the left-hand side strap attachment point where a split was beginning to occur.
