Rare Vintage Mulberry x Copenhagen Air Services Crossbody Bag - Navy & Cognac. An incredibly rare and unique piece of aviation and fashion history. This authentic vintage Mulberry crossbody bag is a special edition corporate piece crafted for Copenhagen Air Services in the 1980s/1990s. It features the official "Copenhagen Air Services By Mulberry - Made in England" gold embossed leather patch inside, making it a highly collectible item for Mulberry and aviation enthusiasts alike. The bag is crafted in the iconic marine navy Scotchgrain material with classic cognac/oak leather trims and solid brass hardware. The front leather strap features the authentic, beautifully clear embossed Mulberry tree logo just above the brass buckle. Inside, the bag features the traditional Mulberry tartan lining and the iconic round brass disc with the official serial number (805432) engraved. Condition: Good vintage condition with authentic heritage patina. The navy Scotchgrain body itself is immaculate and clean. The cognac leather trims show natural darkening, age-related surface wear, and vintage watermarks. Specific Wear & Defects: There is light surface rubbing and scuffing along the leather edges of the front flap. On the side edge piping, there is a small wear spot/hole where the inner cord is slightly visible. The leather shoulder strap and the horizontal leather trim behind the front closure show vintage drying and wear, with light surface cracking from age. The underside of the strap features the authentic raw, unlined harness leather texture with normal vintage patina. The leather attachments holding the brass D-rings show surface wear and minor fraying on the edges from use, but all heavy-duty stitching remains tight, secure, and structurally sound. The interior tartan lining is very clean and well-preserved with absolutely no holes, rips, or wear. It shows normal vintage patina and a couple of faint white lines (untouched / no attempt has been made to remove them), as visible in the photos. The internal zippered pocket and all metal closures/hardware function perfectly. The brass hardware shows surface scratches and vintage tarnish.
