For sale is a beautiful, authentic vintage Mulberry "Clipper" travel bag. Produced in the early 2000s, when Mulberry Scotchgrain was still made from particularly robust materials – an exceptionally durable and characteristic material. The original Scotchgrain is very well preserved, sturdy, and absolutely solid, without brittleness or material fatigue. Complete set: Original detachable leather shoulder strap, leather luggage tag with embossed Mulberry tree, clochette, and original key for the padlock. Authenticity: Original brass registration tag with serial number 322843. Interior: Original dark grey jacquard lining with a woven tree motif – very clean and odor-free. Condition: Very good vintage condition. The bag shows slight signs of wear due to age and use. There are fine surface scratches and light scuffs on the cognac-colored leather trim along the zipper and on individual leather attachments. The bottom corners also show slight signs of wear. The Scotchgrain itself is very well preserved, sturdy, and without brittleness or cracks. Overall, the bag is in a very nice and well-maintained vintage condition.
