Hermès Chagrin Falls at Cuff’s is an Hermès-listed retail location inside Cuffs, an independent shop at 18 East Orange Street in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. It is a useful Northeast Ohio stop for scarves, shoes, handbags and other Hermès categories, with a free municipal lot almost next door. The Cuffs arrangement makes a phone call especially valuable if you need an appointment, a specific service or accessible entry.
As of September 19, 2026, the Hermès store page lists Monday–Saturday hours of 10 a.m.–6 p.m. and Sunday closure. Reach the store at +1 440-247-2828.
What “at Cuff’s” means
Hermès includes this door in its US store locator and names it “Hermès Chagrin Falls at Cuff’s.” Cuffs describes its own Hermès relationship as beginning in 1985 with silk ties. Axios Cleveland calls the location privately operated. The public material does not describe the legal agreement, so a label such as franchise would go further than the sources allow.
Cuffs says it was founded in 1981. The retailer says its Hermès relationship began in 1985 with silk ties. It says the privately owned boutique opened in 1993, when leather goods, jewelry, fashion accessories and equestrian goods joined the assortment. These dates describe different stages of the relationship. Axios describes the shop’s downtown building as an Italianate townhouse. The setting is distinctive, but there is no current published floor plan for the Hermès space.
The distinction matters when you plan a purchase. Ask Cuffs directly about appointments, returns, repairs and how it handles purchase history. A policy at another Hermès boutique or on Hermès.com cannot answer those store-specific questions.
Address, hours and arrival
The destination is Cuffs at 18 East Orange Street, Chagrin Falls, OH 44022—not a Cleveland city or Solon address. The Hermès listing gives +1 440-247-2828 as the phone number. Look for Cuffs at that address; a separate Hermès-only entrance is not documented. If the door or step-free route matters to you, ask by phone before setting out.
Regular hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with Sunday closed. These are the posted hours as of September 19, 2026, not a holiday schedule. If a long drive depends on the shop being open, check again that morning.

The Chagrin Falls page does not offer a store-specific booking link or say whether an appointment is required. A July 2026 visitor describes walking in and shopping, which makes an unplanned visit plausible but does not establish a policy. Call if you want time with a particular department or need to confirm that walk-ins are being received. The general Hermès appointment portal does not confirm that Cuff’s can be booked there.
Parking, transit and accessibility
The Village parking page lists a free all-day East Orange Street lot with 28 spaces, mapped to 20 East Orange Street. That is the simplest first place to check for a store at number 18. It is public parking, not a reserved Cuffs lot. If it is full, the Village also lists free all-day lots on West Washington Street and at Shopping Plaza.
Street parking includes free and metered spaces with posted time limits; the Village accepts ParkMobile at meters. Read the sign at your space instead of treating the all-day lot rules as street rules. Check the Village homepage for temporary downtown traffic notices before travel.
The Greater Cleveland RTA route directory does not show a direct route to downtown Chagrin Falls. Driving, a taxi or rideshare is likely simpler than relying on transit alone. No current store statement confirms a step-free door, lift, accessible fitting room or restroom. If you need one, call and ask about the exact entrance and rooms you plan to use.
What you can shop for
Hermès lists handbags, apparel, scarves, home goods, fragrance and shoes for this address. These are categories, not a live inventory feed. Cuffs also carries its own clothing and other merchandise, so a product inside the building may come from either assortment.
In a July 2026 first-person visit, a shopper reported trying a Picotin 18 and seeing several Evelyne bags and a Lindy, plus shoes, silk, ties and small leather goods. That is a useful picture of one visit, not a forecast for yours. If you want a certain bag size, shoe size or scarf design, describe it when you call; decide whether the trip is still worthwhile if that item cannot be confirmed.
The Picotin guide explains the open-top bag mentioned in that visit. Our Birkin and Kelly guides cover those models without implying they are in stock at Cuffs.
Appointments, returns and repairs
Cuffs has not published a current Chagrin-specific list of repair intake, personalization, online-order returns, payment methods or exchange terms. Before bringing an item for service—or buying something you might need to return—call and ask exactly what this store handles. If you need an accessible fitting room or a particular selling area, include that in the same call.
A focused question is more useful than a general stock request: ask whether the department you want is represented and whether someone can discuss a particular item. Staff may be able to tell you what is available that day; no phone call can promise a future delivery or a bag offer.
Birkin, Kelly and purchase history
There is no reliable current numeric prespend requirement or offer timetable for this location. An older 2006 discussion mentions Kelly sightings. A 2025 comment describes an earlier interaction with Birkin and Kelly photographs but supplies no dated purchase and offer sequence. Neither tells a 2026 shopper what to spend or expect.
Whether Cuffs credits Hermès.com purchases, purchases from Troy or Chicago, or earlier purchases at Cuffs is also unpublished. If purchase history affects your decision, ask the store how its own records work. Buying other goods on the assumption that a particular spend will unlock a Birkin or Kelly would be a poor use of your money.
For bags you can shop without relying on a boutique visit, our free Hermès online bag restock alerts notify you in seconds when tracked bags appear online. They cover online stock; they do not arrange or improve a Birkin or Kelly offer at Cuffs. The quota bag guide explains why broader boutique stories are not a local rule.
Sales tax and a sensible first visit
Ohio’s county-by-ZIP table lists Cuyahoga County at 8.00% for this period. ZIP 44022 also covers addresses in Geauga County, so a ZIP-only estimate can be wrong; check 18 East Orange Street in Ohio’s Finder before budgeting a purchase. A normal in-store purchase has no documented tourist refund or out-of-state exemption.
For a first visit, check the posted hours, call about any item or service that would make the drive worthwhile, then try the East Orange lot. Inside, start with the category you came to see and ask about current stock. There is no published dress code requiring Hermès clothing or past purchases. If you are visiting near a holiday or need physical access details, settle those questions by phone first.
Chagrin Falls, Troy, Chicago or Plaza del Lago?
Chagrin Falls is the natural choice for a Northeast Ohio visit and gives you free village parking close to Cuffs. Troy suits an indoor mall trip; Chicago provides an explicit booking option on its store page; Plaza del Lago offers suburban center parking. Choose by the trip you can actually make, because current bag availability and allocation odds cannot be compared from public store pages.
